What looks like black water actually is a very dark Unison Blue. All of my paintings start out working from the hardest pastels to the softest and from the darkest to the lightest. I have found out how to reverse this method but it’s not a good idea for a beginner to stray from the information above. I’ve added support colors for the future waves here also.
