The previous frame showed the lying in of stratus clouds just above the base clouds and the high clouds. Those values are blended in and feathered into infinity. I laid the pastel down on the blue-sky area and twist and turned it from the lower left side toward the upper right hand corner. I don’t know how to tell anyone how to do this, all I know is I just do it. I continue to add color and blend it in. If I have to fix a layer I do it at this point in the event that the colors are binding and don’t want to blend. If I do fix any part of the surface I will only spray the painted area. The for ground is starting to b part of the thought process now too. I have to lay in a dark color for the base, which I know will change the picture. I have already figured that out in my mind too and look forward to what is coming up.
